Alextra Runners Are Back Completing The Potters ‘Arf 2024

Following the success from 2023, congratulations are in order again for the Alextra Team, who completed the 2024, Potters ‘Arf.

A diverse and exciting team, ranging from directors to trainees took on the challenge both individually and as a relay and have raised over £2,000 for Douglas Macmillan Hospice, known locally as the Dougie Mac. This was a challenging 13.1 mile course which really brought out the grit and determination of the Alextra runners.

Alextra Director Shawn Gallimore commented: “On behalf of myself and all of the Alextra Directors and staff, we would like to say how proud we are of the team. The team effort is fantastic and we have surpassed the target of £2,000 for Douglas Macmillan Hospice. A big thank you to everyone who has supported the fundraising efforts!”
